If you are a Developer, there is no limit to the amount of houses, townhomes or condos that we can buy from you. There are different ways that we can help, depending on what solution would be most beneficial to your situation. Contact us to discuss your situation in more detail.

What if my house, townhome or condo is in need extensive repair or requires upgrades?

It does not matter. We buy houses, duplexes, townhomes and condos as-is, in any condition. If there are major structural or foundation issues, we will look at this on a case by case basis.

My condo is under 500 sq.ft., do you buy condos that are this small?

Yes. We buy any size of condo, house, duplex, or townhome.

Do you buy houses, townhomes or condos on leased land?

Yes, on a case by case basis.

What happens if I am facing a mortgage penalty for selling?

In most cases, our Company will pay the mortgage interest penalty at the time of completion, however, this is determined on a case by case basis.

Do I have to pay a fee for your initial proposal for your offer to buy my house, townhome or condo?

No, there is no cost or obligation to you for our Company to send you our proposal to buy your house, townhome or condo. We also do not charge any real estate commissions when we buy your house, townhome or condo.
